Almost didn't stay here because other reviews of campground were so poor. However, I found the campground to be very cleam and well run. Sites are a bit narrow, however, they are paved clean and have grass. People who work here are pleseant and helpful. Other people complained about street noise, but if you ask to be in the back of the campground it is hardly noticeable. It is centrally located to Seattle and we could reach all the major attractions.
I am tired of campgrounds (especially KOA's) misrepresenting what they offer. They advertised in print and in billboards that they featured Wi-Fi. It does not work in campground. After speaking to other campers who were there for extended stays, it apparently has never been accessible to anyone. After being on the road for 1,900 miles the internet was a necessity and many problems were caused by not having the access promised. In addition, though most sites in the campground were empty, all short stay campers were put right next to a superhighway that produced noise that made sleeping a problem. Camp is very dusty and pool is not heated as promised.
Sites are large and comfortable. Lions actually are so close that they do keep you up at night, but it is interesting. Big complaint is that like most KOA's the wifi that is promised does not exist. It can be used only by seasonals that are located close to office. I have learned never trust KOA when it comes to Wi-Fi.
Campground is poorly kept. Grass is not cut and sites are not level. There is absolutely no adherence to any rules. Golf Carts are rented to anyone and kids drive them wildly at night. Quiet hours are not enforced. We were kept up all night and woken up at 6:30 am by campers who had no courtesy. We could not wait to get out of the campground.
Excellent grassy sites with trees on every location. Very large clean pool available until eight at night (though office is closed relatively early). Centrally located to Grand Ole Opry and all other attractions (minutes away). All sites are level and large. Also close to a Camping World.
Large, well-kept sites with significant amounts of grass on each site. Run by very pleasant, cooperative people. Best feature is its central location if you wish to visit both Lancaster and Hershey.
